The WAMA Shop website (referred to below as website) is one part of wama.co.uk which encorporates wamafightclub.co.uk and fightclubproductions.co.uk.

Your Delivery

WAMA will do their best to ensure you receive the goods you want when you want them. The price for delivery is built into the cost price while keeping the cost for you as low as possible. WAMA source from a range of top quality couriers to deliver. For most smaller items WAMA use Royal Mail. Currently WAMA are working in the UK market only. If you order from outside of the UK we will contact you to arrange postage with the price to be included.

Overview of Terms & Conditions

On payment you (the customer) accept the WAMA terms & conditions and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (amended with Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994). Periodically WAMA may update prices on the website that cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. WAMA shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which you (the customer) place an order. Payments are made through PayPal as this provides a comfortable and secure solution for many customers. WAMA do not offer credit, payment is in advance.

WAMA try to ensure goods supplied on the website are in stock. Occasionally an item ordered is not available immediately, on this occassion you (the customer) will be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock, or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days. Risk in the Goods shall pass to you (the customer) upon delivery of the Goods, or at the time delivery was attempted.

WAMA reserves the right to withdraw any Goods and/or Services from the website at any time. WAMA will not be held responsible for any technical problems that occur while using the website. WAMA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and WAMA shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations..

Cancellations & Returns - WAMA make every effort to ensure all items sold on the website are of and above satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. However, if you (the customer) wish to cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch please notify WAMA by writing (postal address below) or email from the contact page. Any payments made by you (the customer) shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made (within 7 days of receipt of Goods), the Goods shall be returned by you (the customer) to WAMA within 28 days of delivery. WAMA will replace or refund the Goods if the Goods are in fact defective (postage not included).

Please note - we will only issue a full credit if the products are returned in original packaging with no new markings.

If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
