The Tai Sho Ryu Kickboxing club has an excellent junior programme.
The juniors are split into two lessons 'Beginners' and 'Advanced'.
This allows the students to progress onto more difficult moves and techniques.
The juniors attend national tournaments and have won excellent trophies.
The Instructors also look to develop the mental attitude of the students as well as the physical side to the martial arts.
